Short Term/Vacation Rentals (STR) Recommendations

Due to the popularity and number of STR (Vacation Rentals) in our community and to limit the problems that may occur to the neighborhood, the Board is adopting the following Guidelines to the Bylaws for Members to follow so all their rentals will comply with the MPOA CC&R & County Laws and Regulations.
